You need to take care of yourself.
Slow down. Book some "me" time. A sort of vacation without the dread of airport security checkpoints. I won't lie and say that there is not a need to generate revenue in my holistic endeavors, but I care about you. And I don't even know you yet. Life is beating you up like Ali on Liston back in '65 and it saddens me. This is a compassionate business and I don't take it lightly. If you have never had a massage or routinely get ones that are functional but not fantastic then we need to talk. NOW. I don't want to imply that you are speeding a plow to the pine box but there are a slew of benefits that go beyond the obvious "ahhh..." factor of experiencing massage therapy. As the great drummer Bernard Purdie once said, "I'm'a 'splain it to you."
You are a factory. Some of you work in them (or so it feels), but still... Every waking moment you are burning cells by walking, talking and blinking. Sitting still and breathing. Dare I add even while sleeping! This is how we are designed. On a molecular level it gets even more intense as all of the systems of the body are delivering their cargo and sustenance and, akin to a jumbo airliner, dropping fuel before touchdown. Muscle tissues will burn an abundance of chemicals and create toxins for the bloodstream to dispose of even if you aren't caught up in some P90-X or Cross Fit obsession.
That's where I come in.
